Synopsis

Deb is a burnt-out, stressed-out graduate student who just lost the notebook with her entire thesis somewhere on the streets of New York. Warren is the annoyingly optimistic cat-sitter-slash-struggling-artist who found Deb’s notebook. Jason and Claire have just taken the plunge to move in with each other, but find themselves feeling more distant than ever in what should be the perfect relationship. None of them are prepared for the unexpected ways their lives are about to intersect, nor are they aware of how they will help each other see the beauty hiding in their everyday lives.

Adam Gwon’s Ordinary Days follows the stories of four young New Yorkers as they navigate careers, relationships, stress, anxiety, and grief. This sung-through musical has captivated the world with its quirky and powerful score supplemented by relatable, witty, and deeply personal lyrics and storytelling. Ordinary Days is certain to guide audiences to find serendipity hiding in the most familiar places.
